Buena Vista Apartments and Townhomes

The new receptionist lady at the Buena Vista and Town home office in Elgin that replaced Bri, is not of good help and not nice with residents. She is not there to serve us ,the residents, at all…As a resident I had to rush from my work to come to the office to get my mail that was held there from old unit. She even didn’t bother to look for my mail from old unit.. She said, I have 1 minute left and I am done working. I am not going to look for that. It was not 4:00 yet, and I was already there before that time waiting while she was helping another person. I had to leave without help. The next day they are closed. And so on Friday. Only had Thursday left which I can only come to this office at the time that I came this time. Can anyone tell me how this person is helping residen

The move was ok, seeing that because of my physical limitations didn't allow me to assist in helping. Because of them moving 3 people at one time and offering me something that didn't belong to me, I am missing some items that are very sacred to me. I will be contacting the office and the moving company as soon as I get through with the unpacking, thank you.

Mrs. Washington is the best! She is always so nice and understanding. She always responds right back to any of my questions and always has a smile doing so.

It's a great place to live. Friendly apartment maintenance and staff. Mrs. Washington is phenomenal with making sure your lease is understood and processed properly. Apartments are spacious and extremely comfortable. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a apartment on a budget. The subsided rent has been extremely helpful for a first time renter. Give this place a try it's amazing. The front desk people are extremely patient and courteous giving all the time it takes to solve a problem.

I’ve been living in the apartments for 2 and half years and like most places it’s not perfect but you have a home. I would be lying if i didn’t mention all the help Mrs.Washington, Matt, and their receptionist. These 3 people are always there to help with any issues I’ve had over the years especially Mrs.Washington. She never places blame she’s just worried about correcting the problem and for that I love Mrs.Washington and her positive energy. If you can speak to April their building manager she usually has an attitude or is rude in our encounters so be aware. But Mrs.Washington, Matt, and the receptionist will always be willing to help you.
