Highland Square Apartments

The worse place you could find to stay. So my friend stays there and has been there for over five years her ceiling is caving in they won’t fix it the roof leaks and the won’t repair it but they are fixing other buildings roof juts skipped her. They have roaches in every apartment. Management never answers the phone even though they are sitting in the office. Someone has bed bugs and notified the office but they have yet to make an appointment to handle that issue for that person. The list goes on people are shooting and presenting firearms out there that stay there and are not being evicted there is also favoritism towards certain tenants due to management having family relations to some of the residence as well. This place should be condemned and remodeled due to poor upkeep.

If I could give 20 zeros I would that place need to be tore down and the management should be fired due to the way that run the place or should have to live in 1 of them apartments for 6 months to see how the people who have to live there feel. They head I office is in Ohio I was told and I have been trying to reach them foe about 2 months and they are trifling as all out to they are never in the office and don't return any phone calls I wonder do they exist or do the people that runs rhe office just pocket the tenants money. I am praying that all the tenants can find somewhere else to make ve and nature destroy that DUMP.

Visited my son.. he lives here. His apartment is nice and the neighborhood feels friendly

They are very poorly kept, it needs to be pressure washed, the living conditions aren’t up to code, mold, and mildew are present! They need to make some drastic changes immediately! If you take proud of where you live then you would help all tenants and not favorite certain ones out that’s living there! They look horrible but all hope isn’t gone, just beautiful the neighborhood! The party they give for tenants children is never enough to cover every child! Don’t be mean to God’s children think about everyone and not favoring! You must have a caring heart to love a community of any people because they are humans! Make a big effort to change for the better and hiring more help to do so! Clean up the apartment’s outside with flowers, bring hope back to that community, and love your neighbors

Horrible I really need to find somewhere else to live! They never fix anything as asked I had a fire in March because the wires were not up to date in my air and heat unit now my power bill is high because they only cleaned the unit out and put the same one in that caught fire. And is now leaking all over my floors causing mold in three closets and no-one has fixed the problem yet!
