This management company is awful. I have called them for over a week, no return phone call. I stayed with one of their hotels in Denison Texas on September 7. I woke up on October 2 22 different charges totaling 360 ish dollars being pulled out of my account at 7:35 that morning. The manager of that particular hotels name is Arman Johnson. He refuses to give me the owners name, he refuses to give me the merchant info, and refuses to give me proof that they are returning my money. Meanwhile they return $111. Where is the rest of my money? he tells me that it is a glitch with their merchant. Makes no sense to me

Was wrongfully placed on suspension without concrete evidence/proof and management still has not gave me a reason. Need this to be fixed or I’ll be subjected to take legal action.
