High Pointe Senior Apartments

My mother is a resident of this complex. But it has the feel of a community or that everyone is like family. This is because of the environment caused by the wonderful and helpful staff. My mother loves them, and with good reason. Everyone is kind and helpful. From the maintenance crew, to the ladies in the office. Everytime there has been even the slightest issue the property manager Shannon is on top of it. They even go as far as helping her bring in groceries. This is a great place, and I couldn't feel more at ease for the safety of my mother. Thank you for all you do, and for giving my family and I the peace of mind that she is in a safe place with people who treat everyone like family

5 stars are not enough for the amazing and exceptional attention received by Shannon and the rest of the lovely staff. They were available to meet with me immediately and to help me through every single step in finding an apartment. The were so helpful and very personable. This is a beautiful, well kept and peaceful place. In addition the staff goes above and beyond to create events for their residents. They also make sure each person is taken well care of. I could not recommend a better place for your loved ones.

My mother moved into High Pointe Apartments about a year ago. She absolutely loves living here. The apartments are the perfect size for her to maintain on her own. The property grounds are well kept and very peaceful. Most of all she feels safe here. They often have events/activities for different occasions, which she really enjoys attending. Shannon and Huvi from the leasing office, have been very supportive during this new chapter in my mother's life. They're always available to assist when needed. Thank you both for all of your help! I am content knowing that my mother is happy living here.

Wonderful staff. They are kind, courteous. They are patient when we have difficulty understanding certain things, no question is dumb. If they can't answer our questions they seek the answers and get back to us. We feel secure and welcome in our new home.

I moved in Oct. 1st, ever since the day I moved in, No problems and if there was, Bernard is always on top of things, and Shannon & Sole are the most kindest souls I've ever met.They treat everyone like family and I love this place. I'm so blessed to be in this community with the kindest people I've ever met. They all deserve to be recognized for all they have to deal with.
