Considering most of us will try not to see homes in person to prevent contributing to the spread of the virus, do not trust Higgins Group Real Estate. Their pictures are not accurate to the listing and they do not take responsibility for it. Do yourself a favor and go to another real estate company. A couple of weeks before the pandemic hit the tri state area last year, I came down to Stamford to look at a few properties since I was moving here for a new job. Those properties fell through and when the one which I eventually rented hit the market, I was already back home. My company was not willing to pay for another trip so I based my rental decision on photographs.On move in day I walked into my new bedroom to see a pillar in it that was not in the pictures.
