Sarah Stone of Higgins group was a hot mess when it came to showing my FSBO house. Her communications were sloppy and unprofessional. Regretfully, I gave her the security code to my home as I was not there. She came and went with nary a call to let me know she went in and out of my house AND DID NOT lock the door on her way out. I called her two hours after the appointment to confirm her showing. She never returned my call. Apparently she had a very busy social schedule Friday afternoon/evening and couldn’t pick up her phone…by 10pm, I got what read like a teenager’s drunk dial apology. I called Richard Higgins to report this. Not only that but Rick Higgins just texted me and wants me to remove my bad review. Seriously folks?
