Hidden Pines

Been living here 6 years , it’s a dump don’t waist your time coming here , they are infested with roaches trees constantly falling they don’t pick them up they leave them In your yard or front of your house , then they file Eviction knowing that the apartments not even up for debate to be living in , it’s sad how these ppl don’t care and the owners don’t give a damn they just want money !!! God don’t like ugly though everything coming to them they deserve ! I still live here it’s no problem paying the rent but why is it an issue when rents not paid on time but things are falling apart and not fixed ? No reason I had to go all summer and no a/c .. now it’s cold I have no heat.. it’s something after another.. I wish I could move but the way things are set up , you can’t just up and move.

I have been here right at a year. They are older apartments, but have been maintained pretty well. It's nice here and it's quiet. I have not ever seen, nor have I ever had any bugs, roaches, or rodents. There are plenty of spiders during the summer, as to be expected for the property being in the well established woods. There are also lots of deer. The staff is nice, helpful, and friendly. The complex has recently come under new ownership. I used to recommend everyone move here who was looking for a place, but not anymore. My children and I have literally melted all summer long. The temp has been 84 degrees in my unit majority of the summer. We now have a brand new outside unit and it only worked about two weeks before it got hot in the apartment again. They raised the rent here from 700 to 1175 per month. The previous owner were raising the rent at a reasonable rate, 50 to 100 dollars a year. These apartments are a dump. They are super old and a lot of them have roaches and bed bugs. Management and maintenance is a joke, they haven't cut the grass in over a month. For the price they want you can get something way nicer.

I have lived at Hidden Pines for several months and I really love it! The units are very spacious, you have your own patio and yard, it's quiet and safe and the management and staff are great! I highly recommend Hidden Pines as a great place to live!

I have been a resident at Hidden Pines for three years now. My apartment has been broke in twice all of my valuables was stolen. Now they have raised the rent up to $1,200 we were paying 750. This place has roaches spiders an ant, I have been bitten by a spider numerous of times I even have found Scorpios in my apartment.
