Hero House | Hubble Homes at Greyhawk

There are several parts of this review. I will break them down by the benchmarks in our entire process. 1 - the initial contact/contract. This was one of the down side of the the process. We met with a sales representative who took us through a model home. During that time we received some information that we later learned was incorrect. We were also told that Hubble would not to a contingency build. We were able to "I Reserve" a lot though. So we pushed and got our house ready to sell. We ended up selling less than two months after meeting with the sales rep. Once a contract was entered on our old home, we had our agent reach out to the sales rep to send us a build contract. We were told that the lot we had reserved was no longer available and we needed to pick another one. We

We tried to buy a house in this community but on the day we were supposed to meet with the builder and sign docs, they called and cancelled the meeting and raised the rises 40k. They could not care less about first time buyers or any buyer for a matter of fact.

Great community with reasonable home prices. I am looking for a home for one of my clients in the neighborhood.
