Crimson Point Apartments

Crimson Point was my home for a period of time this year. I waited to write my review to capture the entirety of the move in/out process. I was treated as well at move in by all staff as I was during/after move out. Marissa, manager, and her staff are incredible and very accommodating. My place was extremely clean upon move in and I loved my neighbors. To date, I believe they have the absolute best floor plan available. If that floor plan was closer to my place of work, I would not have left.

Crimson Point Apartments offers a truly unique and enjoyable experience. The sense of community is strong, with staff who actively engage with residents and go the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere—including hosting and participating in holiday events that bring everyone together. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people who call the community home. The property itself is consistently well maintained, from the clean, move-in-ready apartments to the beautifully kept grounds. It’s clear that pride is taken in every detail, making Crimson Point a comfortable and inviting place to live year-round.

Crimson Pointe Apartments has one of the best teams working together to make sure every tenant or future tenant feel important and tries to meet their needs as quick as possible. Everyone is very easy to work with and very friendly. Their apartments are always clean and ready to move in. Maintenance does a very good job making sure the grounds are clean and well taken care of.

I've lived at Crimson Point Apartments since June, 2023. At the end of my lease in 2025, I left for a brief 2 months, before rushing back to Crimson Point after less than stellar properties and management elsewhere. The current property manager, Marissa, has been here since I moved in and she is THE MOST responsive, ethical, on top of her game property manager I've experienced, and I've had my share over the years. She explains details clearly and transparently, takes tenants' input seriously, and does all she can to make renting here convenient and peaceful, not just for some, but for all. In some ways, she oversees this community much as a principal of a school would do, ensuring residents are doing what they should so we can all enjoy our homes. Lived here for a few years now and it's been a really great experience. The management is always on top of everything and they keep the community safe, clean, and orderly.
