Dave & Lisa are great Property Managers! If tenant / repair related issue came up they always had a repair contact or solution to address the problem when needed. Professional and smaller so they will give you better attention than a larger company could / would imo. I would not hesitate to hire them again to manage a property!

I absolutely Love Cascade Raft & Kayak they are excellent at what they do. I have used them 4 years in a row sometimes twice a year. I They send 2 Kayaks down with the rafts for safety. The Guides are funny and skilled at taking you down the river knowing exactly where to go so you won't be in danger. I highly recommend this company for any raft trip you might want to take.

David is by far, one of the most honest and integrity driven men I know. He has nothing but the best interest of the home owners and their customers in mind. I highly recommend consulting with him.
