Beautiful apartments and a great neighborhood. As long as you respect the property, the management respects you. We lived there for 3 years with our 2 pets and got our security deposit back because we took care of our rental unit like it was our own home. We got our security deposit back when we moved from De Pere to Kewaunee. Sometimes the landscaping was neglected, which is the only issue we had.

They are racist people. Make sure you are not a immigrant or else they will not give you apartment. First they make excuse that they cant see my credit scores (which was a lie) after i provided them my credit report which was good scores. They said the owner doesnt wana deal with you asked about the reason said its JUST HE DONT WANA GIVE YOU APARTMENT. They are rationalize people and dont see if they recently came from other country due to war, loosing everything. But no humanity or what so ever. Very disappointed with the management BE AWARE
