Heritage Title Services recently closed a transaction with me and they were wonderful! They were super quick to communicate on getting balanced and helped sort out a wire issue at the end. They were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing a title company!

Staff is polite and friendly but issues came up post closing that need to be sorted. Would not recommend for first time home buyers unless you have someone else check their work.

This place does not do their homework We got stuck with a $1600 water bill from previous owner because heritage didn't do their job They wont return calls and try to pawn this off on the water co. This was your job to look into what might have been owed. If your realtor is using this company RUN

The team at Heritage Title does an amazing job. They are on time, and do what they say they are going to do. They are always busy, and yet still able to get things done, and done right the first time. Grateful for Shawn and her thoroughness.
