Amazing location with about a 10 minute walk to USC Village. The property is newly renovated and is great for new and existing students at USC. The rooms get plenty of natural sunlight, and the property itself is very private and a great space to study. Management is also super friendly and responsive!

Victory has conveniently located properties with fabulous management. Naomi was our point of contact. Her impeccable communication, timely follow up and thorough showings made for an A+ experience. Additional thanks to Jack for stepping in on a last minute tour request. The team is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful experience! The person who helped me (Jack) was very positive and welcoming, and I had no trouble with quick communication or setting up a tour time. The process was very efficient and I had no trouble finding out information about the location, availability, pricing, and amenities. The place itself is great too for the 5-10 minute walk to USC campus + private room/shared living, and I ended up finding the perfect room for me the same day I visited. Very grateful for such an easy leasing process and helpful people!

It’s hard to find good service in any industry these days but Daria at victory house made things so much easier. Our son lives outside of the USA so we had to coordinate a lot of things remotely. Daria answered every text sent - efficiently and quickly. Honestly she made the whole process so easy. She never made it seem like we were bothering her even though there were a ton of questions.
