Upd: Staff may have stolen my package. Management’s response gives off the impression that I was not transparent in my rev or reporting of this incident. Plenty of time has been made to mgmt to respond with proof of my police report, ignored. Be aware, staff were the only ones who had access to my package and given the specific time provided from the mail room being inaccessible to being fixed, mgmt won’t pursue this——protecting their own staff who have stolen my property. Staff may have stolen my package. The door to the mailroom was inaccessible for a time due to handle being broken. I happened to run into staff working on the door when I went to check if the mailroom door had been fixed and grab my package. It was there, and then it was gone. I just recently moved in here and I have to say this is some of the worst management I have experienced. I still haven’t received a key and I’ve been waiting for ten days, we have random individuals walking into our house unannounced and without notice that work supposedly for management/ maintenance and cleaning that come in the middle of the night. And when you try to contact anyone in management to complain or ask questions they don’t respond or take zero accountability for their mistakes when they do eventually respond. I’m a new tenant and to anyone who is thinking about moving here and is a student look somewhere else. You will be treated horribly and not taken seriously. Oh and the balconies are covered in mountains of bird poop that they will not clean up before you move in! -1/10

Have lived here for two years! Good experience. I enjoy my place and have personally had no issues.

The moment I moved in, I had issues. Our lease date started mid August. We were unable to request an earlier move in date because they needed the extra time to clean the apartment. Upon arriving, the apartment was a mess and nothing was clean. Not to mention they didn't even provide all my correct keys to enter the building, get my mail, etc. For weeks, I was going back and forth with management because I was guaranteed that the furniture would be removed as I was bringing in my own bed frame. My room did end up having a bed frame in it and when requested it to be moved, they claimed that they were unable to do so even after watching other current tenants have their furniture removed. Moved out 7/31/2023 and four of us still have not received the rental deposit we paid. The management kept kicking the can down the road and not giving any solution. It is a total scam. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
