Heritage Lake

This is a wonderful place to call home. I have lived here a little over 5 years now and have always felt safe. Rachael and Paige are awesome and will make sure that all your needs, questions or concerns are addressed. Always friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance staff is top notch. Any time I have had an issue or concern, it has been addressed in less than 12 hours. By far this has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in. Obviously you will have your normal apartment living noises which is to be expected but I have to say where I am at, it is very quiet. I also can’t beat the beautiful view I have. My husband and I have lived at Heritage Lake Apartments since December 2024, and we just happily renewed our lease because it has truly been a great place to live. From the very beginning, Rachael has been wonderful. She showed us around when we were apartment hunting last summer, answered all of our questions, and has continued to be our main point of contact. She is always responsive, professional, and helpful — a level of service we didn’t experience at our last place, so it’s been a refreshing change. Keith and the maintenance team also deserve recognition. They respond quickly to both emergencies and work orders, and they keep the property grounds well-maintained. I moved into my apartment December of 2018. I was just getting out of an abusive relationship and at first it was very scary. With a little time, I grew to cherish my new home and community. I felt so safe there! I made friends with others in my building and adjacent building. It is also so conveniently located. I have always been able to get maintenance come if I have issues. The front office staff is the best!

I’ve lived at Heritage Lake for several years and have had a great experience. Nice apartments in a great location, and I’ve never had anything more than minor maintenance issues that are always solved quickly. Management and maintenance teams have been nothing but nice and are always very responsive. Would certainly recommend this place for anyone looking to live in West Knoxville.

I’ve resided at Heritage Lake coming up on two years now, and I’m really enjoying it here. Before living here, I lived at an expensive apartment complex downtown. My apartment at Heritage Lake, though, has comparable— if not better—in-unit appliances. The staff in the leasing office is very responsive and helpful and so are the maintenance workers. Grounds are well-kept, and in addition to the dog park—which has newly installed turf—there’s plenty of grounds here to enjoy walks with my dog. No noisy neighbors upstairs either—something I’ve experienced many times at other apartment complexes.
