Do not rent from them, I am now a past tenant, they do not respond to my correspondence since I moved out. And not only once was there mushrooms growing out of my wall but the second time the mushrooms grew it had been vacant for 3 weeks and black mold was everywhere too. Pictures for reference….good luck renting from them.
I initially believed Heritage at the River would be a great place to live because of its amenities and pet-friendly environment. However, after living here for four months, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I recently discovered that my car had been towed without any proper notification. When I went to the leasing office to ask what happened, I was told I had been called multiple times. In reality, the staff member admitted she dialed the wrong number. I was never properly informed. Additionally, the new manager, Dawn, was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to thoroughly investigate whether I had violated any lease terms or snow removal policies. My car was parked in the parking lot, not in a no-parking zone or assigned space. The snow removal notice did not clea
Save yourself from this slumlord disguised as a respectable property management company with “luxury” rentals. I would have given them a 0 if I could. I spent two years at this property, it was the worst experience I’ve had with a rental. In the two years, I experienced issue after issue including the roof leaking into my bedroom from 12/2022 to 9/2023. I made request after request to have the ceiling repaired but maintenance would mark the request as “complete” and the property manager would lie by saying someone had been there to complete the work. The property manager was rude and disrespectful every time I communicated with her. I lived with a 2’x2’ hole in my ceiling for months, which violates NH state law RSA 48-A:14. The hole was never repaired while I lived there. Coupled with the
*DO NOT RENT HERE UNDER CURRENT MANAGEMENT* The reps, Lara and Ian, are very nice and helpful, these reps are one of the bright spots at Heritage. However, I would not recommend this apartment complex for several reasons. They haven't been perfect, which is fine, but recently, with some change in management...things have gone downhill fast. They misdialed mine and my girlfriend's numbers to tell us to move her car. Despite their mistake, they STILL are making her pay for THEIR mistake. Dawn, the manager, was extremely rude and unhelpful to my girlfriend on this issue. We were considering staying when our lease is up but after this, no chance. I moved here to save money but am now, as of recently, regretting that decision. Unless this is ALL you can afford, I would NOT move in to this c
We rented here on a 15-month lease from June 2024 through September 2025. The apartment itself was a good size and worked well for our needs, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the complex was disappointing. The office staff were consistently rude and condescending in their interactions — except for Laura, who was always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Getting responses to calls or emails often took days, if we got a reply at all. While we frequently received reminder emails about complex rules, they were rarely enforced in practice. The “one parking permit per bedroom” policy was also very inconvenient and made parking unnecessarily difficult. In addition, there was a persistent smell of weed around the property that was never properly addressed
