First, I am happy to have closed and bought a new home HOWEVER I have been in my newly built home for 4 days and am finding significant flaws NOT to mention work I was told was completed at closing was not. When addressed I was told they would just take care of it at the 60 day follow-up. I was given the standard size for 9 of the windows in the upstairs 35x64. Seems simple enough HOWEVER only 3 of them are actually squared up properly, we can not pull our blinds all the way down because it narrows at the bottom on 6 of the windows. This is not something an inspector would have noticed or noticeable from just looking at them.
