Heights Apartments

When i first moved here i received the apartment with guck all over the floor, making it impossible to remove. The carpet was very dirty and Unsanitary, it released a Smelly and Dirty odor. Maintenance wont fix your shid unless you threaten the Office with your Tenant Remedy rights. Maintenance came twice to fix our back up sewer problem and they didn’t even clean after themselves. Zero sanitation. The Lady in The front office Admitted that The Owners of The Heights don’t want to repair their Plumbing tubes because it will cost them the building to repair the Tubes. There was Mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling and tub. The washers and dryers in the lAuNdRy room Never work. The service here is Terrible. The Heights Have a lot of sewer Backup problems. Don’t move here unless you want

I’ve been a renter for two years and can tell you the management staff are professional, courteous, and professional. The Maintenance staff is efficient and attentive. Any issues or concerns that I have reported are taken care of in a timely manner. Neighbors keep to themselves but each tenant goes out of their way to make the property feel inviting. I’m truly blessed to be here.

Had an apartment tour scheduled. When I got to the apartments, no one answered the phones and they all say disconnected. The pictures are outdated and the place does not look well-kept anymore. Definitely glad I didn’t get to tour this place.

Best apartments ever I love how nice the manager and the maintenance people are really friendly and always on top of everything
