Heaven in Hollywood Furnished Apartments at Vine St

I do not recommend this property or Pelican Residences. My experience was extremely disappointing and unsettling. The unit was advertised as a 4-star accommodation but was poorly maintained, with sheer blinds that let in excessive light and some blinds that were broken. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the broken blinds, management threatened to charge me for them. There was also no hot water on my first night. The day before my trip, I was informed my reserved parking spot would not be available for the first day. The most disturbing issue was a complete lack of privacy and safety. Without any advance notice, nine maintenance workers entered my apartment early in the morning while I was getting ready. I received no warning or explanation before the intrusion. Great experience with their services and facilities all over. We are family of four, traveling from EU and needed to stay in more spacious facilities then a hotel room for a longer period due to business reasons. The apartment is located in the tower, modern furnished, with marvelous views. We first booked their huge 3bd apartment on Hawthorn Ave for 14 days and since we needed extension they offered us this beautiful space on Vine St. Both locations were clean, super equipped, with big dining tables, kitchens and baths, wardrobes, TV and garage. Wifi works great. They are flexible with regard to discounts and refunds. Their response time is very quick and they were managed to organize the repairs with some minor issues promptly. Place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat!
