First and foremost I was treated unfairly the ladies in the office were so rude. The lady that was in charge she refused to give me her name she threatened to call the police on me and I was just trying to get some information on the process I would have to go threw to apply for housing. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with them on a regular basis. Extremely unethical I really hope this gets the attention of someone who can really do something about this. I came across them on a rentals app and they had no vacancies no one answers the phones you have to leave a voicemail and no return call, then they ask you to email then no one responds to your email, and they keep there office closed to the public the only way someone came to the door was by me knocking.

Did a tour as a consideration to be a tenant here. Beautiful apartment, clean property, amazing amenities. All at a premium price. Mark down is because the apartment I was shown, smelled like the previous tenants had pets living there. I don't have a sensitive nose, so figured they should have fixed that. I don't want carpet. Third floor apartment, no elevator. Can't have a grill on you back porch. All minor things but when I'm looking for a place to call home, are consideration for my comfort and happiness.

I have lived here going on four years. The staff is excellent the groundskeeper is wonderful and maintenance is done right on time. We even have exterminators that come out once a month and I have never ever seen a bug inside of my apartment. We have a new manager now her name is Heather and she is the sweetest kindest most compassionate person I am grateful to live here

I'm editing this review as a warning to ANYONE WITH CHILDREN considering moving into this apartment community do not live here if you value your children's physical and mental safety. There are a group of children allowed to run around unsupervised sometimes till 12a.m with some still diaper age in the group. We have lived here for two years and have had so many problems with the kids bullying, and verbally being abusive. Kids and teens that talk about things they shouldn't and cuss and yell at adults when they try to defend there own children. Not to mention the fact that I can always smell people smoking weed it comes into my apartment. Had a stand out one day with the police as the kids were getting off the bus the sheriff's department were at the playground with guns drawn. Kids beatin
