I moved in here about 1 years ago and This place is family friendly, we'll lite, we'll maintained, The maintenance team Garrett and his team are fabulous. In had a incident Trisha, Cassie and Garrett all stepped up to fix the issue and make sure that we are safe. Even on a Saturday. I've rented places before but this is an exceptional team. I highly recommend Heather Estates.

From the very depths of my heart, I just want to thank my lord.And savior for all the wonderful tenants. It truly is a valley. I live at the end of the apartments, and I have friends and every single one of the units. That's how friendly. People are to me. I was hospitalized and a lot of friends were worried about me.I sure do feel the love of god with all my friends that god has blessed me with.I couldn't be in a better place. And its my honor to pray for those who need prayer.Thank you.Precious lord for using me for your glory.A man and a man.

I would recommend Heather estates to anyone that would like a safe and comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. My family moved in when ownership of Heather Estates was in transition. I have went through at least a dozen ownership transitions in my life, and each has caused various difficulties to tenants and employees. This transition was no different with one exception, the office and maintenance staff have been extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire time. Always treating us with respect and responding to our needs as quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend a business that does everything they can to take care of their tenants.

I wish I couldn’t give a star at all, this place is not a good place to live especially if you have children. When I moved in no damages were fixed at all and never got fixed, they never fixed my sink that was rusted and leaking water no matter how many maintenance requests I made. There is trash everywhere and it never gets cleaned, the people that live here are awful I only had one person who was kind. This place will scam you and they do not care about anyone’s safety. The neighbors are horrific and when you try to talk to them about it or talk to the office about it, nothing gets done. I had neighbors blasting music so loud. It was rattling all of my furniture at two in the morning while I was trying to take care of a newborn baby. There are emancipated teens, who will go over to the p

I've been at Heather Estates for just over a year. The management team is incredible. Willing to work with. Always making sure that work orders are completed in a timely manner. My family & I enjoy living here. It's an ideal place if you're starting out on your own.
