I came I today to close my mother bank accounts (it was complicated…) August was so wonderful and helpful. I wish I lived closer . I would bank here just because of August.

I have used Heartland bank for 13 years, primarily use the Ft Thomas branch and I can’t say enough how great this location and banking experience has been. Always super helpful, I’ve never had to wait in line and they know me when I walk in door which is something you don’t get with major banks. If you are local you will be hard pressed to find a more personable banking experience.
