Gettysburg Square

WOW! This has been such a change of pace compared to our last experience with property management, and in the best way possible. Chris has been such a wonderful person throughout our entire experience of moving into Gettysburg Square, from start to finish. Right off the bat when we got here to tour the location, he was extremely kind, as well as educated on the property (I had a list of questions, he answered all of them)! He helped us through our application process as we were out of state, and was very kind and considerate throughout the entire process. Once we got here, he continued to be extremely helpful for us! We have seen his face many times in the last few days, and each and every time he has a huge smile on his face and is more than willing to jump in and help us tackle any issue

I've had a wonderful experience, looking for my first apartment at Gettysburg Square. Such a pleasant, beautiful community and management has been very accommodating! Chris is absolutely amazing; he was able to work with me when I had a small hiccup with my lease. I felt supported at every step.

Love it here. The staff is fantastic and they work with anybody about anything. So very impressed with how my concerns were addressed. Beyond happy here!, Beautiful landscape, quiet atmosphere, and the amenities make it 5🌟plus!! Neighbors are friendly and keep most all of pet areas clean! Would definitely recommend .Only thing I have to say is the my building stays dirty. I love to clean- its an obsession but other than me once I saw hall and stairs cleaned. Cobwebs and dirt always here! They say they use outside company to do it but he's NOT!! Great experience here overall!!

I've had a truly wonderful experience at Gettysburg! Coming from my home country, I was completely new to the concept of apartment living and felt a bit lost at first. However, the staff here has been amazing. They are incredibly friendly, patient, and always ready to assist with any questions, no matter how basic they might seem. I especially want to thank Chris in the leasing office, who took the time to explain everything from the application process to understanding my lease. His patience and willingness to help me navigate everything made a huge difference. Even the maintenance team is fantastic and responds quickly to any requests.
