I cannot say enough about Hearth Realty Group, I would give many more stars if I could! Josh Jacobs recently helped my brother and I sell our family home in Randolph, NJ as part of an estate sale. He knew exactly what to do to maximize the value of the home. Never once did I doubt his strategy in pricing, his advice in what offer to accept (we received over 100 offers), or the quality of any of the contract workers he brought in. There was a fair amount that needed to be done (septic repair, closing various permits, etc), and Josh made it all seamless. He kept everything on track, and even stepped in to help the buyer with their lender in order to keep the deal together. His communication and professionalism is unparalleled.

I found Josh on the internet while researching for a relator to help sell my mother's home in Cedar Grove. Given that I live in Michigan, and was handling this sale from afar, I needed someone reliable on the ground. Josh was extremely resourceful, highly communicative and did an excellent job navigating us to a successful sale. There were some unexpected twists and turns as there often are in real estate, and Josh made a difficult situation run very smoothly. Really appreciated his assistance!
