Annin Lofts & Luxury Apartments

We recently moved into Annin Lofts and absolutely love it! The entire process was seamless—Isaac is truly the best. He was clear, efficient, kind, and incredibly welcoming from the start. We were coming from a stressful living situation, and Isaac went above and beyond to make this transition smooth. He was a great listener, kept his word, and helped us lock in the perfect unit for me, my husband, and our 9-month-old daughter. The building itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the trees and a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone we’ve met here has been so kind and friendly—it really feels like home. We’re so grateful to be part of the Annin Lofts community!

Since the new management took over this building, it has gone downhill fast. The property is consistently filthy — common areas are dirty, trash is poorly maintained, and basic cleaning clearly isn’t being done. It feels like no one is actually responsible for keeping the building livable. Snow removal is a complete failure. During winter storms, entrances, sidewalks, and walkways are left barely cleared (if at all), creating dangerous conditions for tenants. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s unsafe and shows total disregard for residents. Management is nonexistent. The building was just sold to another management company and the cleanliness and snow removal services already declined in the first month. (Moved in July) - the apt is good (pricey too) and the staff was very welcoming; downside I find is the value x cost for the amenities - maintenance is not really onsite as advertised, there is no mailroom, no gym or pool and fee is really to cover a lounge area located in one of the buildings and I don’t have a pet so don’t benefit from the dog-park.

Moving cross country and renting a place sight unseen can be daunting but Michele made the process as easy as possible. She was helpful and responsive and sent us a short video of the unit we rented and tons of pictures. Now that we've been here for two weeks and living our best life in Annin Lofts with our two dogs, I can honestly say we have already decided we never want to leave. The team continues to be friendly, responsive, helpful in every way from our move-in to any questions we've had since. Our dogs love the location, close to the park and the dog run the property built which is a great size and so convenient. Lived here for two years, the front office and maintenance teams were all class, easy to work with, and overall great people. Few if any issues over the course of renting here and all were resolved promptly and professionally! Want to specifically mention Maureen & Isaac, couldn't have worked with better people!!!
