We recently bought a house in Verona. The sellers live out of state and their realtor from this office was taking care of everything for the most part. When you buy a house, the contract says specifically that the sellers are responsible for cleaning the house and removing all of their belongings from the home. Come closing day, we get the keys to our home and there is garbage everywhere. Piles of wood and trash outside. A kids bicycle, car seat, wet empty boxes, tooth brushes hair combs, all of their curtains, notes glued onto doors. We contacted the selling realtor who swore she would take care of it.
