0 stars for this place if I could. It has went downhill bad. It was fine when they were named Towne lake village but ever since they changed to Hawke, its been terrible. Management don't have a clue to what their doing. They won't email or call you back for any issues. Maintenance only does patch work and things usually break again in weeks or days. Inside the office the receptionist is nice but everyone else is rude and doesn't have basic management skills. I don't recommend this place for anyone and I won't be renewing my lease. They tried to say I used their electric when I showed proof of dates having my own company. Please check your rent and make sure u dont have extra charges because I'm sure I'm not the only tenant they tried this with. They won't take the extra charges off even af

I wouldn’t recommend anyone apply to them. Your expensive application will be approved or denied solely by Artificial Intelligence. I was denied due to false information reported on my credit and background check. I disputed my report and my dispute was approved but that obviously did not matter to them. They are really rude in the office very biased and disrespectful human beings to their potential customers. I was treated better elsewhere and happily spent my money there. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE GO WHERE YOU WILL BE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER AND A HUMAN BEING!

I'm leaving 5 stars for Maria, staff and maintenance staff. They all went above and beyond to fix a major incident that happened in my apartment. The contractor was out the next morning and completed the job in 1 day. I was shocked at how amazing everything turned out. Thank you so much Maria & the maintenance crew. Y'all are an awesome team!

I recently moved out and they dont want to give me my refund check. Maria has the Worst customer service. She is very nice to léase an apartment but once youre locked in talks to you sarcastically and with an attitude. The New manager has he door closed all the time and does n get up to speak with you.

Maria has been a fantastic assistant manager at Hawke Apartments. She's professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Her support makes living here a great experience!
