Haverhill on Clark

Since this will be the place where our family will live, even five stars would not be enough to express our appreciation. We sincerely hope that it will become a peaceful and safe home for everyone as the community continues to grow and renew itself. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of the staff for their dedication and care.

Haverhill has recently started using an AI virtual assistant system to contact tenants. No where in the emails from "Linda" does it say that it is an AI virtual assistant. No where does it say that if you believe the info she has is wrong to call the front desk. My friend has been getting constant emails from 'her' saying she owes over $1000, I called the front desk today and found out that in reality she has no outstanding balance. She is a section 8 recipient and single mother. The stress this has caused her and her support network was catastrophic. She has PTSD and thought she might loose her housing. The use of a virtual assistant, and the lack of transparency about it is beyond unethical. When I expressed these concerns to the real human that answered the phone when I called I was hun

I truly love my apartment, and I want to express my gratitude to the people who helped make this possible. I also want to thank Ajenea Randolph for treating me with kindness, compassion, and respect during a difficult chapter in my life. And a shoutout to LaTasha and Angel for their grace and positivity. I just became a resident at Haverhill On Clark. My actual move-in process was a great experience. Ajenea called me to give me the great news. I was now able to sign the lease. I was very excited. Angel was there on the day I signed my lease. She had a line of people waiting, and she handled the line so well. She was very professional. After helping everyone, she gave me a tour and went over the lease with me and had me sign it. She was great. She even said, "welcome home". La Tasha was also great. I had some questions after receiving my keys to my unit. We communicated via email, and her responses to me were quick, and she answered all of my questions. I was completely satisfied. I am very excited about my new apartment and I'm looking forward to being a resident at Haverhill On Clark.

The apartments themselves seem very nice, however the office staff is absolutely horrible. I tried to walk in for a tour on Wednesday after 4pm, which the lady at the front desk informed me that they do walk in tours from 10am to 4pm, so I came back Thursday at 3pm only to be told it’s by appointment only, i brought up that I was told they do walk ins and the same woman did not know what to say, and I told her I tried to call multiple times for several weeks to set up an appointment and no one picked up the phone and I never received a call back. I then finally received a call back on Friday about my inquiring for the unit I wanted to see, only to be told AGAIN that they do walk ins from 10am to 4pm when I brought up my previous attempts she had no excuse for why it kept changing.
