Haven Red Apartments

I have spent 7 semesters here. The managers are so nice! They are flexible and have made living here a joy! The lounges are very comfortable and are good places to study or hang out with friends. The kitchen is fairly large and the roommates are awesome. I think the appartments are a great place to live you on a budget and are looking to make good friends.

Great place to stay at! Management is fantastic and super easy to talk with. In 2 years all my roommates have been really awesome, there's something about red haven that just attracts good people. The one thing is that sometimes maintenance fixes aren't great. Our door doesn't shut all the way and leaks cold air and we've had it fixed 3 or 4 times but it keeps reverting back.

I spent three semesters here and at first I loved it. The apartments were nice and while clean checks where weekly they always left a good spirit in the apartment. I loved my roommates and wanted to stay to keep my calling as Elders Quorm President. Maintenance was great. Rent was cheap. So what happened... The clean checks became white gloves and the management became awful to work with. The bathtub got marked during a clean check 2 weeks in a row so I went to the office and asked about it assuming I was cleaning it wrong... Nope not only was I cleaning it correctly according to them but putting in 4x the amount of time than was needed. So I figured after my conversation with them I would stop getting marked for the tub. I was wrong... That continued to mark me unfairly and I continued to

Would love here again, not the nicest apartments but still big enough. Management was kind. But having one bathroom with 6 guys is great haha

It is good. I lived here for a year and everybody is fantastic!
