Harvey Apartments

There’s a lot to say about Harvey apartments and absolutely none of it is bad or negative. Many property management companies look for the quick buck and often take the easy way out, this is NOT how I would describe Harvey Apartments. David Harvey Jr. goes above and beyond to give tenants unbeatable customer service. As a recent masters degree graduate he understands that customer relations are what drives a business to be successful. 10/10 would recommend renting a future home or vacation property from him. Thanks Harvey apartments for many years of worry free renting.

My family rents properties on merrymeeting yearly and are very pleased with the experience thus far. David makes the process easy, affordable, and quick. It’s nice to be able to return back year after year and we enjoy working with the Harvey family to help us plan our week away in the summer.

Reached out to Dave on a recent rental for a few months while I was in between places. Have to say, the most professional yet down to earth landlord I have ever worked with. Nothing but “Yes, we can do that for you” answers and instant communication. Dave laid out all of the costs up front without any of the BS you sometimes get with a leasing company or complex. Simple and easy rules to follow when renting. By far, the most positive experience I have ever have. Highly recommend looking at Harvey apartment for you next rental. Heard they even have a few summer week rentals on a gorgeous lake in the Granite state so I will be certainly be reaching out to them on those!

I stayed at a Harvey property on Merrymeeting Lake and had a wonderful time with my family. David made sure that everything was taken care of and clean prior to my arrival. I highly recommend Harvey Apartments and can’t wait to come back!
