Everytime I went there they closed and called no answer or returned calls I'm not sure they still in business but they have a website go figure.

The best company to work with. If you are in need of a home, Harper will give you that opportunity. I have refered several friends who have been living in their units for a long period of time. Maintenance has improved.

I have rented two locations with Harper and now have family that rents through them. Our experience has been great. We understand that it may take time for them to get back to us, a curtesy reminder never hurt. However once in full swing they get the task done without issue. Terri has always been respectful with us. Lester is very communicative when you have his attention.

Very unprofessional, doesn’t respond back in a timely manner when things need to be done. Terri is very rude . She doesn’t say “hi” “hello” or anything ,just goes straight in for the kill . I think that is very rude . Only time she respond to messages is when rent is due and it’s not in a nice way. Communication is everything and she doesn’t do that very well .I’ve always been nice and respectful to her but atp I’m going to treat her how she treats me with the same nasty responses.

Harper realty has been just great, even when things are tight on money. They never harass and give you a chance to get back on track. Ms. Terri is so nice and bubbly, she always makes me feel like she really cares for us and our kids. We've been renting through them for almost 5 years.
