Nice houses in a nice looking neighborhood. Christian was very helpful and attentive.

Sales personnel GREAT! Project Manager overseeing the house being built not doing their job of over seeing the construction AT ALL!! The house is not the same as the model, Thermostat wrong in places. Custom kitchen counter/ bar had noticeable seam which was mentioned during the pre- and post walk-thru had to be changed/ corrected 3 x 3rd time vendor finally realized what was causing the issue (too many shims ) now counter is fixed however backsplash is now trashed/ damaged all because Project Manager ddid not do their job. Within in a 2 month s of moving in several floor titles have had to be replaced. You try to talk to them email for the past 9 months with a list of items including items that were pointed out by their project manager that are still not done ( Drip Seals). and t

Christian and Donnie complete the perfect package at Harmony West. The sales staff are incredible. The homes are beautiful and very well built with surprising features that other builders charge extra for. This area is going to be suprisingly grand when completed. If you are looking in this area you owe it to yourself to stop in and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. The professionals Christian and Donnie will give you the grand tour.

Sales personnel great and they do try to help you but, during the house being built construction manager not doing their Job of over seeing the construction. The house is not the same as the model, Switches in wrong places, Cable termination in wrong room, missing outlet inside and outside during construction and hose bib. granite in kitchen had to be changed because of stains that was very obvious construction manager didn't see. You try to talk to them and you get nowhere, the refrigerator was back order and I was to get one the next month, two months passed by and construction manager will get back to me to tell me its back ordered I asked for the money to buy it my self but service tolled me cant do. After 5 months they decided to give me the money and I had to wait three week before
