Harlo Apartments

I have been living here for the last three years for the first two years. It was kind of difficult with the office manager. They wouldn’t really answer the phone, but the Complex is very nice and Quite and I love our new office manager she is very sweet has great customer service skills and always makes you feel welcome Her name is Chanel And she’s really on her job to get everything done by perfect timing even though I see They are always busy in the office and I appreciate the help of Keon very nice gentlemen. If you guys are looking for a decent place, I generally really really recommend Harlo

I’ve been here for about 2 months. I had a good start, the move in process was made easy since they emailed me everything before hand. The office is good. They take what I say seriously. The apartments are big and I like having my own central air. There isn’t much noise, I like my neighbors. I’m glad I found this place.

What a poor excuse for an apartment… The tile in my shower fell off not once… But twice. The first time it took at least three months to get this fixed leaving me with a trash bag that I had to make shift over the hole pictured to allow me to shower. This would happen again six months before moving out. Both times the complex was contacted immediately. There was NO wall behind the title. Just a thin layer of drywall. Why did it fall? You had to have the shower pressing against the far wall or the water would drip out of the shower. Speaking of water dripping? The light fixture in my dining area was dripping water at one point from the upstairs apartment quite drastically for about an hour while the light was on. Luckily no one got hurt to my knowledge. Great place to live! The front Office Staff Keon and Chanell are always available and willing to help with any questions or concerns going over and beyond to make sure the residents needs are met & fulfilled. The front office also has the best snacks and maintains a light hearted family friendly environment

This is an awesome place to live. I’ve only been here for a few months, but I’ve had the best experience in the world being this is my first apartment, Chanell and kion are the best The way they tag team and got me in my apartment very quick. It was painless thank you guys. I plan on staying for a long time.
