Harding Street Lofts

I love the aesthetics of the lofts! The exposed brick walls with the windows overlooking the city are truly an amazing view! The layouts are nice as well. I love Tori in the front office, she is very attentive to all of my needs. I love that it is gated and lock codes on every door to gain entrance into the building. I feel very safe here. Everyone is so nice. I have not had any issues with loud noises or anything. There is also a nice courtyard that has an outdoor tv as well as a grilling area. It is lit up beautifully at night time. The maintenance is on top of things quickly if you do need him. My air conditioning unit froze up due to me keeping it running at extremely low temperatures, and it was fixed very quickly! I have lived here the past 6 out of 8 years. I came back after about 2 years. The staff is amazing and I always feel safe and at home with them. The noise can an issue but request some units without all surrounding sides. I come back because I feel welcomed and taken care of. I also love what you get for the price. These are unique spaces with unique setups. I just love hsl💜

I am having a wonderful time and experience living at Harding Street Lofts! Ever since the showing of my new loft, I immediately knew this was my new home. Tori is and always was extremely kind and friendly to me showing my new home. She answered all the questions I had for my move-in, which made it a breeze! Even after a few months of settling in I still get tickled walking in my new loft I can call home ☺️! I got to meet the wonderful maintenance staff, who are super friendly and always there for you when you need them! It's very beautiful and private place, which I absolutely love and was sold on from the beginning, it's not loud, everyone abides the rules of cleanliness and quiet hours. I moved in to Harding Street Lofts about 2 months ago and I have had a great experience! The apartments are spacious and have a great style with the exposed brick walls and super high ceilings. The storage in the units is great, with both walk-in closets and a walk-in pantry. I particularly like how the parking is right at the building and that there's always plenty of spots, even at the end of the night. Tori was extremely helpful, as she took me on a tour of the building/unit and helped me through the leasing and move-in processes. Whenever I have a question, she always answers so quickly.

The staff at Harding street Lofts is amazing! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have really enjoyed my experience. Tori and Tim (maintenance guy) are so helpful and quick to get your problems fixed. My washer was old and went out, so I submitted a request and had a new washer the next day! They really do their best to make sure everyone is taken care of!
