Harbor Walk Apartments

I’ve really like living at Harbor Walk Apartments. It’s quiet, safe, and has such a relaxed vibe. The office staff are always friendly and easy to talk to, and the maintenance team actually gets things done fast, which I really appreciate. The leasing agent has been especially great, always welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond anytime I’ve had a question or needed something. The location is great, close to everything I need but still feels tucked away and peaceful. The property is always clean and well kept, and it’s nice having the water and walking areas nearby. Overall, it’s just been a comfortable, stress free place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good community around here.

My wife has been at these apartments since July, and I have to say I was a little skeptical at first, but it has been really great here. The maintenance guy Adrian here is the absolute best. He is extremely polite and very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in a lot of different areas. We have never had to wait for more than a day or so to have him help Take care of us. Apartment complexes definitely need more people like Mr. Adrian. Thank you so much Adrian for always being there when we need you buddy!!!

Can't get anything fixed and when they tell you it should be fixed by a certain day you never hear back from them. Was told by the latest Friday before the freezing temps that my heat would be fixed. It was not. Went all night on 1/25/26 with no heat during sub freezing temps thanks to the professionally managed Keener management. Thanks for sending someone out to fix the heat but end up turning off the AC and then never showing back up when the new heat part failed twice. Not only did you fail me with is one matter in itself but you failed my mother even more since she tried to believe in this place. Of course we won't get any credit or anything for dealing with this since we did have some heat prior to the new part.

I have lived here for 3 years and enjoy living here. My only complaint would be that if you don't have the patience of a saint, the speed in which your maintenance requests get done is ridiculous. I waited over a month to get my exterior light fixed and just as long to get a replacement dishwasher. The gutter is broken and I have my own waterfall every time it rains. It floods the patio. We have some type of animal living in our attic that is causing massive destruction by the sounds of running and burrowing we hear every night!! Still waiting for him to be evicted. In November my heat wasn't working properly. I opened a maintenance request, was told it was fixed and request closed. We get a small bout of cold end of November and find that my heat doesn't work. Open another request. It

would absolutely give 0 stars if i could. so many things wrong with this place. i moved out two months ago and have yet to receive my deposit due to questions regarding the final amount. they are stating i did not pay waste/water fees from 3 months before i moved out which is just simply not true—they apparently charge these AFTER rent is paid, which i guess how they are justifying the fees from my deposit. they won’t return my calls at this point because i threatened to go to lawyers. Multiple WEEKS where there were just raw sewage seeping into the walkways. (i have pictures) Multiple days where the hot water or just water in general was shut off with a literal hours notice.(have emails) i swear they went 1-2 months with no maintenance people on staff. trash will pile up on the dumpsters.
