Harbor Vista Condos

Today we had Milton come to our apartment to fix our air conditioner. He did an awesome job. He found a problem very quickly and now our apartment is nice and cool. Great work! I will ask with him again if I need any service.

Bugs. Put the gates back eliminate some of the problem. On ground security at night. Enforce parking issues. Cars speeding through the neighborhood more police presence. We love the condos fix a few things will be a great place.to live. Appliances getting old need to be replaced.

Very nice staff , I was just there to repair a window. Unfortunately I forgot my phone and cash ,they just happen to be giving out breakfast and offered me some , really helped me get through the day . Thank you again !

I live here and wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE ! The property management is horrible, zero response when you reach out, I have emails from Oct I’m still waiting to be answered, no responsibility is taken for anything and they swear any concerns is nothing I’ve had ants since we moved in and pest just actually showed yesterday, Lisa’s response oh I have them as well we can’t control them that sounds insane. Water heater almost exploded and let’s just say the plumbing and water drainage is GARBAGE! If they had a real maintenance team and real property management that actually followed through this place may truly be worth living here and paying what they are charging

Everyone was very helpful and made the process very smooth. Office staff was amazing. I worked with Tanyanika and she was great. Maintenance took any concerns I had and took care of it. Nice and quiet and very spacious. Highly recommend
