Harbor Pointe Apartments

I wish I could say it was fireworks that I would hear at night. Lots of speeders through the property, car break-ins (even in garages), and constant smell of weed in the halls. Found multiple 9mm casings on the property along the walking paths. Office and mailroom was also broken into at least once. Maintenance staff has been lazy, the outside and property is constantly littered with trash. Bathtub has never drained properly, even after using multiple bottles of Draino. The AC/fan system was never repaired, easily doubling my electricity bill in the summer months. The repair guys said it worked fine on multiple occasions, but the fan would never run for more than a minute before never working again. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. The property has been a nightmare from the start. Noise is constant — tenants and their guests blast music, slam doors, and let their kids run and scream up and down the hallways at all hours. The hallways often smell awful — trash left out (see attached photo this is not a one off it's constant and they take forever to get rid of it), cigarette smoke, weed, and even urine in the elevator at one point. The elevator was broken for four months during the hot summer months with no updates from management. Never used the so-called amenities like the gym or pool — probably as disgusting as the hallways. My experience at harbor pointe was good during my time there. I love that they have security and make the community a kid friendly environment with their amenities. Tiffany is great and works very hard to make sure tenants are getting what they need when it comes to maintenance or any concerns. I contacted the office one time about an issue and Tiffany was on it! She made sure things were fixed. She is great at answering questions and she was there to respond to my needs during my time there. Shoutout Tiffany for her patience and understanding. I believe that the community will continue to grow positively with staff like Tiffany!

Horrific. Zero stars if that were possible. I have lived here for four years, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling for my health, safety and basic human rights. My apartment floods every time temperatures drop below 30 degrees due to burst pipes. Management does nothing, and “emergency services” never respond. I lost everything in my storage unit last year, and many sentimental items in my apartment. When I first was supposed to move in, the prior tenant hadn’t vacated. It resulted in me being homeless for two weeks without notice or assistance or alternate accomodations. After providing my move-out notice in the proper timeframe, I was still charged for another month. Management then forced me to “resolve” it by speaking with a property manager, who lost my paperwork
