Best place i have ever lived.
I have been at Regancy Place for 5 years now. I have had good experiences here. But in particular the Office personnel have been the very professional and very caring about when ever I need anything. They are also timely and always get back to me. Great group of people!
My parents live there and have nothing but problems. They are both elderly my mom is not in good health and all the can smell is pot smoke in their apartment. Its making both of the sick. My father has tried to work with management and all they all say is its a process to take care of the problem. Seriously... So much for the strick NO SMOKING policy. DO NOT RENT THERE.
Place looks nice, but I heard they have homeless people living there or section 8 mixed in. I'm all set with that.
I been here 7 years now. It's been a good place to be living at
