I have been living here for many years and I love it! It is very quiet; the landscaper comes out every week and does a great job; pest control comes out regularly; and the maintenance lead staff for this complex, Rinaldo, is always working hard on the grounds and responds immediately to any matter concerning your apartment. There are quite a few people who have been living here as long as me and some longer because this is truly a small community that is very humble, friendly, and there is never any drama. At night, you can hear a pin drop. The manager of this complex, Myriam, is always on top of everything and immediately responds to questions or issues. What I love the most is Myriam and Rinaldo always remain professional but they are genuinely caring people who both show benevolence

I have been living here for many years and I love it here. I have never had problems with roaches or bad neighbors or anything. I've never had any issues at all. The office manager Myriam is so nice she makes sure everything gets taken care of. Great place to live.

I've been living for more than 12 years here at Harbinwood, it is a very quiet, clean property. The Manager and Maintenance Supervisor are amazing, very cooperative on any service request, my family and I appreciate all you do for us on all these years.

During a global pandemic, this property threatened tenants with eviction for the inability to pay them rent plus added fees and an additional $200 legal fee due to them because THEY filed to evict you. No empathy or understanding for people experiencing financial hardship and loss of employment, simply pay or get evicted. If I could give UPPER MANAGEMENT no rating, I would. The property manager is amazing and she always has been since I’ve been living here. It’s the people we don’t see that don’t care about us that live here.

This is a friendly apartment complex. Small neighborhood, good neighbors, good prices. The manager is very professional and help you with any request you might have.
