He followed up and his attention to detail was mind blowing. Even after we closed a few things have come up and Pete has been there to help. We started our home purchase journey recently. We have toured KB, Lennar, ABD, D.R Horton, and by far Landsea beats it all!!! Best in price, so many choices and model homes are available to be toured without hassle. And the best rep in the world is at this location. Patty has a patience from heaven! What a lovely person to deal with! So knowledgeable and helpful! We didn’t have an appointment and she had someone there when we went today but she made sure we didn’t leave and treated us with a smile and helped us fall in love with the home even more!
