Hanna Village Apartments

I can’t even rate them don’t want to rate them worst apartments ever let’s see for starters they told me and my fiancé that we had gotten approved so we paid the deposit and then two days before the move-in date that goes and say oh well we need you guys to have a cosigner so then I just try to get the deposit back and they claim that they send it but they never do and now they’re refusing to take my phone call Basically, I paid for a apartment that I never got and I don’t get the money back because they’re refusing to give me the deposit back not to mention the fact that they also took my $2000 tool kit from school that I was supposed to have delivered there and I never got it I don’t even wanna rate them, but I have to give them at least a one star otherwise when we post this review, so

Only live here if you must. On site office only works 2 days a week. Maintinence is very slow and under trained. Even the health department can't make this place do the right thing. And they continue to raise the already sky high rent. Don't fix shared doors or hallways either.

Do not move here...... I have so many things to say about this place however I will save you time and just go with the most recent incident ...... I have lived here since Nov 2020 and have seen these apartments deteriorate over the past four years.... do not expect anything to get fixed... I have put in multiple requests for my stove to be replaced due to the black particles that live rent free inside the over.... and everytime they come and check it out nothing is done...... I have reached out by calling.... emailing... going in person.... and through the maintenance portal online.... nothing has been done and I am sure nothing will be done.......just save your time and energy and look elsewhere.... I've never seen so many people come and go like I do here....

Been trying to get a hold of these people but they’re almost never in the office and never reply back to my emails . I guess they don’t need new residents. But the place looks good from the outside . I don’t know much about this inside tho
