Hampton Woods Apartments

I was supposed to move into the Hampton woods on 11/3/2018. I have been on the waiting list for about 4 months. They showed us the demo and we fell in love with the apartment complex. They told us that everything in the apartment was going to be new. They also promised us a bunch of other things just to go on the waiting list. When it came time to do the walk through, the first thing I noticed was part of the blinds were missing. Next, I noticed outlet covers were missing and covered with roach feces. I went into the bathroom and turned on the water and it wouldn’t turn off. Me and the lady were trying to figure out how to keep the apartment from flooding while she went and called maintenance. This was my first apartment, I lived here for 3 years & loved it. I did have a stalker situation when I first moved in -- one of the residents would routinely harass me when I walked my dog but after filing a police report and telling the leasing office he quickly left me alone. And it was never an issue ever again. This is not a glitzy glamorous apartment. It's a clean, family friendly, functional and affordable home. You'll have everything you need. The leasing office was great. The only thing they could possibly add is trash valet (& I only mention that because my current apartment has it) but it wasn't a deal breaker. Again, this is not a glitzy glamorous apartment. I loved every moment here ❤️ it'll forever have a special place in my heart as my first apartment experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I've been here for 3 1/2 years. The office staff cannot be beat. They are friendly, outgoing ladies. Hardly have I needed it, but when I called maintenance they responded within 24 hours. Once, the very same day. They go out of their way for the tenants. Take a poll of us, you'll see. Seldom are vacancies available because once we're here, no one wants to leave. The apts are walked thru on a regular basis for maintenance upkeep. I've watched new appliances being brought in to many units. The pool area is also always kept up real well. Clearer water you'll never find. Our groundskeeper is also great at what he does. Our property is very well kept. It's a really great place to live. The rooms are spacious and the rent better than most, but mostly, I feel safe here. Join

My cousin moved in about 2 years ago and gotta say I was impressed when she showed the apartments to us last weekend. Clean, well maintained and pet friendly! Considering moving here when the hubby retires. The only concerning point was the rent; it's gone from 915 to 945 to 975 not to mention a new water fee and apparently a "convenience fee" if you pay online? (She's paying about 1000$ for a 1bd) Does rent go up every year normally here or is this because of COVID? Overall a lovely place just need to know some info for financial planning...

I could not say that I do not like apt because I really like them. I lived in them for 2 years ... When I arrived the carpet of my 1014 apt was old as of 3 years it was almost smooth with its spots and when I left it obvious that it would be worse .... I was not given the deposit back because that reason ... I do not feel happy because the carpet was really changing not to wash ...from there i like tony ....the super
