Hampton Ridge Apartments

Management here is amazing. They recently helped me move from a second level apartment to one at grade level. This was at my request because of mobility issues. The maintenance team here is responsive and knowledgeable and always ready to help. This is a great place to live.

I’ve lived at this complex twice in my life and have pretty much no complaints. Responsive and friendly management. Have never felt unsafe walking alone/at night here.

My husband and I moved in on January 23, 2021. From the walk in there was right away noticeable issues. We noticed the oven was bad, the bathroom fan was bad and the dryer vents were filthy. We asked to have a move in ready unit where we could be left alone. The manager we were working with just left. We have never met any of the other managers. We received a new oven after it catching fire the second day living in the unit. The bathroom fan still needs addressed. After never meeting Ashley the other manager and her never introducing herself. We feel frustrated moving to this property. The windows collected ice during the winter storm. I've been here with two room mates since Dec '09, and am really happy with the apartment. Management is great, maintainence requests are handled quickly -- (and stuff actually gets fixed!) The smoking thing is not an issue, as the complex is now smoke-free. We did have a problem with a downstairs neighbor smoking inside their apartment when we first moved in -- the smell came up through the bathroom vent, but management took care of it quickly, and we haven't had a problem since. Garages are also very affordable -- nice for extra storage.
