Hampton House

Just moved in and everyone has been so kind and helpful! Maintenance comes immediately which I know is hard to find at other apartments. Cheryl in the front office has been very helpful! We also have noticed there are activities for the tenants like movie nights and competitions! The apartments are beautiful and spacious!

Very impressed with cleanliness of property and helpful staff. Cheryl in the office goes out of her way to make sure it’s pleasant and safe. Cheryl is one of a kind-they are lucky to have her running the show.

Cheryl is a fantastic manager. The grounds always look nice and they are very attentive.

THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD LIVE. New management is even worse. They are charging me for not renewing my lease!! Because the last manager didnt document it properly. Not worth it when apartments down the road are the same cost and actually have staff!

Good service, staff are friendly. Pool and grass stay clean. Just wish the maintenance people would follow Quiet Hours like we have to. I’m tired of being woke up at 7 am to a lawnmower at my window when I would be scathed for doing anything that can be heard through these paper thin walls.
