Arbor Station Apartments

Very friendly management and maintenance workers, complex is always so well maintained and they do a lot for their residents with tons of fun throughout the month. I gave a lower rating because there is a squirrel infestation and someone is giving them peanuts and the ruin all my plants. People who don’t live here use an easy to learn code to open the gate and go to the pool. The pool is constantly being used by non resident non guest people. The gate to the pool just pushes open with very little resistance when locked. Termites can be an issues and with my experience the pest control people don’t come back to do check ups as they should. People dogs have been reported to bites other pets and people have filed grievances with no resolution. Not very many people follow the speed limit of 8m

My new home for almost two years...I truly love living here! My apartment is beautiful, and right across US 90 from the Gulf.

The apartments are great, but the office never sticks to their hours. They almost always close thirty minutes early. It’s not really fair to people who work and count on the 5:00/5:30 closing time

Arbor Station is a very nice place to live. Very warm and friendly. There are a few things that happen from time to time, but that is everywhere. It is a huge undertaking to run a place like an apartment complex. The staff here takes very good care of their residents.

Arbor Station is an incredible place to live on the Coast. Their office staff and maintenance crew are absolutely the best.
