The condo was not cleaned before move in and another unit was supposedly not available for relocation. We were supposed to receive a gift card for the lack of housekeeping per manager and its been weeks and we've heard nothing. The unit also had bugs and animal fur everywhere even tho there was a no pet rule. I highly suggest somewhere else in my opinions. Plus this is through Gulf Coast Rentals FYI!! Avoid them at all costs.

The view is outstanding!! The groundskeeper or "property manager" is nosy, enjoys gossiping about guest/homeowners and has a bit of a fibbing problem. He has made it known on several occasions that he does not like renters (short or long). If you plan on staying here and want to enjoy yourself with friends and family, this is not the place to be. It is very much like a retirement community. No noise after 9 etc... it is a safe place to stay. Ps.. the water does smell

Beautiful small condo complex with great views of the beach. There's nearly always a soft Gulf breeze blowing. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and beautiful. Easy Access to beach and dinning. Amazing views. Felt like home for the weekend.

We Airbnb'd a flat here and it was great. Friendly neighborhood and right across the street from the beach!
