I’ve had several negative experiences at this complex—mainly due to one staff member, Dawn. While most of the team is kind and understanding, Dawn consistently responds with passive aggression and a lack of empathy, regardless of how you approach her—whether you’re kind, calm, or even frustrated, just know you’ll likely walk away feeling defeated and degraded after speaking with her. Most recently, I reported a mold issue caused by a leak behind my toilet that has now led to a gnat infestation and my sink cabinet wood to rot. Her response? “Gnats come from dryness, so that’s not our problem if it has nothing to do with the leak,” and “Mildew or mold is usually something tenants clean”—despite maintenance already attempting to clean it and gnats can come from moist and dry environments. I have been living here almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. It’s very quiet and the staff are friendly and maintenance is prompt and efficient. I would recommend Hampton Apartments to anyone looking for a safe place to live. The ability to pay your rent online is a definite plus. Edit: I have been here almost 9 years now and I still love it here. Management is friendly and maintenance is still prompt and efficient.

Lived there from December 2013 till May2014 Had a nice experience cooperative staff and well maintained apartments I remember contacting Kathy and Tammy (if I have not forgotten their names) while leasing and frequent help on-site.

Quiet place, maintenance responds quickly. Old but clean. Updating nearly 5 years later... They went downhill. How happy you will be depends on your lifestyle and neighbors. Do not recommend if you or your family are not smokers, or have an aversion to noise (you will hear a lot of background noise such as slamming doors, musical instruments and barking dogs). This is not a safe place to live if you have asthma as they welcome smokers of all types. Within a month of moving out my inhaler went in the medicine drawer and has not been used. It is better than being homeless.

You can literally hear the neighbors taking a pee, cough, walk, or talk silenlty that is how bad the insulation in this place is. ( you are responsible for water, gas, and electric in these apartments) Just rent a trailer, or house instead of paying $1200 for a noisy apartment where you will feel like you're living with your neighbors. To greedy to build actual wooden walls and give people a home. Place is nice on the outside, BUT THE SOUND INSULATION RUINS THIS PLACE.
