Hampshire Crossing

“Excellent apartment, helpful staff, clean amenity, quiet and private place that could not ask for more!” My husband and I have been living here for over two years, and we both love living here. The staffs always help fix the issues right away if anything happens. Tons of free parking spaces and clean and nature-surrounded views are one of the best parts of Hampshire crossing. Luxury and new equipment in the apartment make a beautiful interior. We highly recommend this apartment!🙂

As my mother always said don't cross the Hampshire unless someone is watching you because you can get hit by a car, but let's talk nicer and say that these apartments are the best and the most amazing and you can definitely reach out to someone to try to get one for yourself

Overall decent apartments. Lobbies smelled good unlike most apartment places. 2 bedroom living kitchen apartment is what we visited. It was spacious and well planned. Adequate outdoor parking spaces. It is right off a busy road so some may not like the noise. But we didn't notice any noise once in the apartment. Overall 7 out of 10.

I stayed here for an year. This is the best run rental society I have come across. Mary does a fantastic job running this place. She is very helpful, very prompt and always available. The apartment exterior and interiors are awesome!..The cleanings for all common areas are done very regularly. You will just love staying here. If it was not for us moving to our own house, we would have very happily stayed here for very very long :)... Lastly I want to thank Greg who has been super nice to us... Thanks again Mary. I lived here for a year and I have to say that it was hands down the best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The only reason I left was because I accepted a new job in a different state, but had I stayed in the area, I would have definitely continued renting here. First of all, the staff has been incredibly helpful and nice. Mary was always willing to help and was incredibly nice. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and professionally. The gym is a nice bonus with plenty of machines so I never had to wait to use a particular one. My specific apartment was spacious and had more storage than I even knew what to do with. If you’re looking for a great place with an amazing staff, I cannot recommend Hampshire Crossing more.
