They get two stars because I never had any issues with my unit, but that’s probably because I was the first resident. Otherwise, 1 star. Let’s begin. I was one of the very first residents. When I first moved in things were great, a nice, relatively quiet community. Things have REALLY gone downhill within the last year and a half. My car was vandalized, I’ve had packages stolen, neighbors units have been broken into, and management has done nothing to rectify these. It was a fight to even get them to say “I’m sorry that happened to you.” Their response to my packages being stolen was to get a ring doorbell. Mind you, this is an INCOME SCALING community. The worst. I came there to apply and pay the fee for a one bedroom and the door was locked during business hours plus I called and no answer. Never again. Red flags 🚩

Called and spoke with a Taylor she had the most disgusting discriminating attitude towards me I honestly could not believe it because it was so out of the blue but reading the reviews I am honestly not surprised these people are clearly disgusting and rude for no reason!!!

I have tried to call Hammond station more times than I can count and no one will pickup or get back to me. I have also emailed them several times as well and they simply do not respond about anything. Terrible management.
