Customer Reviews
I’ve lived in several luxury apartment buildings in White Plains, and while no property is ever completely without issues, Hamilton Crossing has stood out as the best by far. I was among the earliest tenants here, and while the initial reviews referenced some construction-related problems, it’s important to understand the context: like many buildings that open before full completion, early stage move-ins inevitably come with growing pains. This was true across multiple properties in the area. That said, what truly distinguishes a residential experience is the management company, and Hamilton Crossing sets the gold standard. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent follow-through are unmatched. Any concern I’ve ever had was addressed immediately and with care. The Maintenance
Moving into this building has been a wonderful experience, especially as it marks our first home in the USA. The in-house agent, Michael Anderson, provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind and attentive, guiding us through every step and helping us close the deal seamlessly. Even after the move, Michael has been extremely helpful, offering recommendations for places where we could get everything we need as we start this new chapter. The building itself is brand new with beautiful finishes, and we are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail. Overall, we are so pleased to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh start in a new space.
Our experience with Hamilton Crossing has been above satisfactory. Zach facilitated the entire move-in process, showing us the available units as well the amenities (2 level fitness center, roof top pool, a community lounge) of the complex. He was very quick in responding and answering all our questions. I thank his professionalism for making the move easy and simple. The apartment itself is very quiet and has hardwood floors, high ceilings, new SS appliances in the kitchen and a full size W/D in unit. Parking has been super easy as each floor has direct access to the parking garage. Roof top pool and the gym is an added bonus. I also want to applaud Marvin at the front desk for his great work ethic, professionalism and friendly smile. I ordered multiple packages from amazon upon move-in,
I’m writing this review based on what I’ve personally seen at a friend’s apartment in this building. There are currently three separate spots where water is leaking from the roof, and it has gotten so severe that holes had to be made in the ceiling just to collect the water and prevent further damage. What’s most disappointing is that management has not been responsive despite being made aware of the issue. Ongoing roof leaks can quickly lead to mold, property damage, and unhealthy living conditions, so timely repairs should be a priority. I would encourage anyone considering this building to ask about maintenance response times and how serious repair issues are handled before signing a lease.
Do not live here. There is mold everywhere. This is because the windows do not have sufficent insulation, so the glass pane inside the unit gets *very* cold in the winter, even while the unit itself might be heated to 72+ degrees, resulting in lots of condensation which collects in corners, drips on and cracks the paint, and results in me having to spray bleach every two weeks to keep the mold at bay. Management, of course, thinks this is just fine and that I just need to keep wiping everything. Mold also constantly forms in the bathroom, where the vent seems to be more of a decoration than a genuine appliance. Yes, mine is clean, unblocked, and dust-free. Yes, I leave the door open after I'm done showering to air the bathroom out. It's not enough. Mold collects everywhere -- in the corn
